Our patient coordinator will help you schedule your initial consultation and answer any questions you have. Personalized healthcare is just five steps away!
- Before your first appointment, we’ll ask Jenny, our nurse practitioner, for your full health history to review. She’ll then send an order for a thorough laboratory analysis specific to your health concerns and medical history. You can utilize your insurance for lab work or apply our discounted self-pay rates.
- At your first extended visit, we’ll discuss your concerns & health history and review your laboratory results in detail.
- Styku Body Composition Analysis & vital sign measurements are completed for in-office appointments.
- You’ll leave your appointment with a personalized healthcare plan & all the tools to get started.
- Once you’ve received your personalized healthcare plan, you’ll be enrolled in our membership program, which features all the services provided below and more!
